Ismaela Nieuwenhuijs is the Project Manager of the bEUcitizen since October 2013 at the Utrecht University. Her primary tasks are to organize meetings and prepare documentation, monitor the progress of the work, liaise with Brussels and take care of (online) communication for the project. Previously, she was Project Manager of the Partnerships Resource Centre (PrC) at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from January 2009 until October 2013. Case study research she has been involved in within the PrC involve NGO partnership portfolio research, Theory of Change and Partnership Formation. Ismaela graduated cum-laude in December 2008 in Business-Society Management at the RSM Erasmus University. During her Master studies she worked as a Research Assistant at the Business-Society Management department and worked as a consultant for a 6 month project at Philips Research, writing a chapter for the business plan for the Philips woodstove.
