bEUcitizen conference 2016 successful

The bEUcitizen conference, which took place in Oviedo from June 29th until July 1st, has been completed succesfully. All our partners in this research project where present during this three day research conference with a full programme. Committed to this project, everyone actively engaged in discussions on the ‘concepts of citizenship’, ‘rivalling rights’, ‘levels of rivalries’, ‘rivalling categories of citizens’ and ‘gender and generation’. These discussions were very helpful in further shaping the final output of our project.

Reports on the five panel discussions will soon be published on our website.

When in Oviedo, there was a lot of media coverage for the bEUcitizen project.
