Rosanne OOMKENS, PhD candidate

After studying International Tourism Management and Consultancy in Breda, Rosanne obtained a master degree in Social Policy and Social Interventions at Utrecht University. In September 2008 she started working as a PhD student at the department of Interdisciplinary Social Science at Utrecht University. Her PhD project focuses on the consequences of New Public Management for professional work in hospital care and home care, using a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. Additionally, she has been teaching in the bachelor and master program of ASW/SOPINS. Since January 2014 she works as an assistant professor.
